The renovation of the Purdue Memorial Union Dining Court provides 16,000 square feet of flexible, modernized spaces for students, staff, faculty and visi­tors to dine, socialize and study.

The greatest challenge designers were faced with was maintaining the historical fabric of the facility, while at the same time creating a lively, flexible and contemporary dining atmosphere. Renovated spaces now contain six separate, culturally diverse restaurants situated around a central “streetscape”: Villa Italian Kitchen, La Salsa, Flatbreads, Zia Juice Bar, Urban Market and Lemongrass.
