In 2000, Scholer Corporation teamed up with Ricca Newmark Design to help Purdue University Residences implement a plan to con­solidate University Residence Dining Services.

One piece of this culinary puzzle is Fred and Mary Ford Dining Court, located on the corner of Stadium Avenue and Russell Street. Inside this 62,325 square foot, two-story buffet are four different dining areas with a combined total seating capacity of 800 din­ers. There are eight distinct servery areas offering food styles ranging from typical American fare to Southeast Asian and Italian.
