The 18,500 square foot Indiana Gamma Chapter house is designed to accommodate 44 residents in 20 double rooms and four single rooms. Typical resident rooms are located on the second and third floors and are sized to replicate similar university housing on campus.

The upper floors provide three separate shower/toilet rooms, a study room, a Chapter office and community lounge/living rooms. The main (first) floor contains two accessible single-resident rooms with individual bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, pantry, foyer, formal living room, classroom/conĀ­ference room and public restrooms. A full basement contains activity/TV lounge, Chapter room and two accessible single-resident rooms with indiĀ­vidual bathrooms, a resident scholar suite, mechanical and electrical spaces, storage room, fitness room and a laundry room. The house is fully accessible for the handicapped.
