Scheumann Lodge serves as the main dining hall for 350 campers and staff at Camp Tecumseh. Emulating the “rustic lodge” décor of the camp, Scheumann is clad with cedar siding accented with field stone and pitched roofs with large over­hangs and porches. The 22,500 square foot interior features vaulted ceilings with clerestory windows and stone fireplaces accenting the dining area. Additional features include public restrooms; a lobby/activity area; and a Trading Post (an after-hours camper store featuring snacks, beverages and souvenirs).
