With the completion of Purdue University Northwest’s White Lodging School for Hospitality and Tourism Management, Purdue University reinforced its position as an academic leader in the hospitality and tourism industry.

White Lodging is housed in 13,000 square feet of renovated space formerly occupied by the university’s Calumet Conference Center. This world-class hospitality center includes a teaching kitchen, beverage service laboratory, working restaurant, computer labs and faculty offices. A working restaurant, complete with all the amenities and decor of the finest high-end restaurants, gives students an opportunity to practice what they’ve learned by serving patrons from Northwest Indiana and the surrounding area.
