Riggs Community Health Center is dedicated to the mission of providing access to quality, cost effective, comprehensive health care to underserved community members.

Formerly a women's health clinic, the 27,270 square foot facility required a number of upgrades and renovations to meet current codes and support new building functions and client services. Interior renovations included repurposing all four floors for the following functions:

• 1st Floor – Administrative Offices, Women’s Centering, Labs and Med-Line
• 2nd Floor – Pediatrics
• 3rd Floor – Adult Medicine
• 4th Floor – Prenatal Care

Extensive exterior renovations included multiple site improvements; EIFS refurbishment; storefront refurbishment; entrance replacements; roof and coping replacements; and removal of a pedestrian bridge that connected the clinic building to a former hospital.
